I've finally made some progress on the XS. I removed both the front and rear fender and all signal/brake lights. I took the old seat off and also removed all the hardware for the old seat. I got my new seat a few weeks back but It's still not mounted as it's going to take a lot of work to get it on properly. I'm hoping to get my new bars put on next weekend as well. I've had it on the trickle charger recently but for some reason it won't turn over for me. It started fine last year but now it sounds like the starter might need to be replaced. I could kick it but I'm afraid that It'll toss my ass over the front of the bike. So I still have a lot of work to do and I hope it starts up eventually...
