AND FOR YOUR ENJOYMENT

With honor, I am sending this YOU-TUBE video of T-Rod and Gene Stone building a Motorcycle SIDECAR for Speedway Racing. This historical project is highly anticipated in the motorcycle racing world because there has not been a Speedway Sidecar with a HARLEY DAVIDSON motor since the 1980’s. This video is filmed at ILLUSION CYCLES SHOP in Westminster California.
Our business partner, Rodrigo Requejo (T-Rod) has been racing Speedway for 4 season’s now, placing and winning in every race. T-Rod’s family history is solidly embedded in the international world of racing cars and motorcycles through welding & metal fabrication. T-Rod is a 3rd generation metal fabricator. The REQUEJO Family history, knowledge & talent runs deep and commands respect on any race course. Together, Gene & T-Rod are entirely responsible for the build dynamics of this side-car project.

Gene Stone, seen in the video with T-Rod, is VERY WELL KNOWN on the Speedway Race Course. Himself, a long-standing speedway winning racer for over a decade, Gene’s superior talents are acknowledged all over the United States. Gene will be the side-car ‘monkey’ as it’s called, riding the OUTSIDE CAGE, using his body for balancing at crucial turns & straight-aways. Gene tells me that riding the side carriage is extremely dangerous and must be done by someone with a great amount of knowledge and experience. Because of high danger to loss of limbs, a special protective suit is needed to be ‘the monkey’. Gene is one of only a few men who possess the capability to successfully ride the side-car position.

For those who might not know, Sidecar Racing on the speedway course is a rare thing.
Not all Speedway Races have Sidecar Racing because of it’s intense danger and high injury risk.
Gene & T-Rod are ‘TEAM POWER-PUNCH’.
These 2 talents combined are gonna make history.
