In a statement released Monday morning, Virginia Tech announced attorney Kenneth R. Feinberg will serve as the university's commencement speaker for the class of 2011.
As a mediator, Feinberg directed settlements in high profile cases for victims of asbestos damages,
and resolved a class action suit for 250,000 Vietnam War veterans against the manufacturer of Agent Orange.
