Reiss in the Cozy Coupe a few days ago when it was still pretty cold out.
Reiss has new glasses. They're real frames with non-prescription lenses. He has to have everything just like Daddy and Daddy wears glasses. Grandma got these for Reiss so that he could stop wearing the safety glasses he was attached to...

I wish we could get more photos of Reiss to post but he absolutely detests having his picture taken and doing so quite often results in a meltdown....and no one wants to see a photo of him bawling his eyes out.

Between this remodel and the weather getting nicer, we have had Reiss and Milla outside quite a lot. It's just easier to keep them outside where they are getting fresh air and playing in grass and trees and with toys, rather than dodging wet paint, miscellaneous construction materials lying all about, and open doors that create fall hazards. Milla trips over her own feet enough....we don't need her to take a flying leap off the front porch because she ran through an open door and escaped the house.

Only two more days of "those" people being in my house....or so I'm told. They were supposed to be done yesterday. I'll give them credit - they do very nice work and they are people of God...but they are slower than pond water when it comes to getting things done.
